Summary
An easy hill walk that is rewarded on arriving at the attractive rocky summit, with a panoramic view across the sea to islands, coastline and mountains. It’s suitable for younger walkers and would give them a good introduction to hillwalking, but care should be taken on the summit where there are some steep rocks.
- The most memorable aspect was the rocky summit
- The worst bit was taking the wrong route through brambles!
- The funniest bit was realising I hadn't read the route description properly.
- A word of warning is to keep children away from the steeper rocks around the summit
- The view was great, and would be even better on a sunny day!
