A group of four of us decided to explore the hills to the south of Edinburgh, rather than charging up the A9M Munro bagging and we were delighted with the walk we had in the Pentlands on the Scarp Hill route.
- Simply glorious weather, clear and crisp.
- Reasonably easy ascents
- Rewarding glorious views over the the hills and the Forth.
